Double Confirmation
After a few weeks working with the new site, we are pleased with the response and improved workflow to our office.
Not everything on the system is working perfect yet and while we continue to make a few adjustments here and there, we encourage users to DOUBLE confirm orders. Here is what we suggest to give you the peace of mind that orders are being sent/received.
- Check online, in your account that the order was submitted. Immediately after submitting and order click "my orders" If it doesn't appear in your My Orders page, then it was not sent in.
- Did you receive a confirmation email from Haberer Interment Services? This may not happen right away, it may take a few hours, or next day as we manually confirm orders once reviewed.
- Have you gone back online to check the order status. If by chance the email doesn't make it into your inbox, if the order status says "confirmed" that is a change that we have made manually and it is for sure in our schedule. Even if not confirmed, if still listed as 'submitted' we can see the order and its in the system for approval.
